Our 60-day money-back guarantee

If your box is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@theoperatorway.com within 60 days of purchase, from the email address you used to buy, and include your order number. Or use the link in your Digistore24 order confirmation email to contact Digistore24 directly.
2. We confirm your request, and the refund is processed through Digistore24, our online reseller.
3. The money goes back to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Digital products

Because the boxes are digital and delivered straight away, the 60-day guarantee gives you time to look through the files and decide at your own pace. Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the files ends and we ask you to delete your copies.
