These terms apply to your use of this website and to any purchase of The Product Recipe Box products. By using the website or buying a product, you agree to them.

1. The products

The Product Recipe Box is a digital product made up of guides, recipe cards, fillable worksheets, checklists, planners and a spreadsheet, offered in four boxes: Prep, Cook, Serve and Host. The sales page lists exactly which files each box includes. All files are delivered digitally. Nothing is posted.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller, Digistore24 GmbH, which is the seller of record for your purchase. Each box is a single one-time payment, and there is no subscription. Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the sales page and on the Digistore24 order form, which shows the final price including any applicable taxes. The terms and privacy policy of Digistore24 also apply to your order.

3. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, Digistore24 sends an order confirmation email to the address you used at checkout. It contains the download link for your box, delivered as a ZIP file. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us. Please download your files and keep a copy.

4. Refunds

Every purchase has a 60-day money-back guarantee. The process is explained in our Refund Policy.

5. Your licence to use the files

When you buy a box, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use its files for your own learning and to make your own products. You may fill in, print and adapt the worksheets, cards and templates for your own use. You may not resell, share, distribute, upload, publish or give away the files, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product, without our written permission. All content remains the property of The Product Recipe Box or its licensors.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website and products lawfully and not to misuse them, try to access parts of the website you are not authorised to access, or interfere with how it works.

7. No promise of results

The products provide education, worksheets, templates and tools only. We do not promise or guarantee any income, sales or business result. Your results depend on your own decisions, effort, skills, market and circumstances. Please read our full Disclaimer.

8. Not professional advice

Where the products mention business registration, tax, legal pages, consumer rules or data protection, the information is general. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Check what applies to you with an official source or a qualified professional.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
